Section 01

Who we are and when this policy applies

DisplayQue Plus is provided by ExploreSoul Technologies under the DisplayQue product name. This policy applies to the DisplayQue Plus mobile app for iOS and Android, the DisplayQue web services it connects to, and support interactions about those services.

DisplayQue is a business platform. Your employer, business, or other organization may configure your workspace, decide which modules are available, assign permissions, and determine why organization-managed records are processed. In that situation, your organization may have its own privacy responsibilities and policies in addition to this one.

Section 02

Information we process

Account and contact information

We may process your name, email address, phone number, role, account identifiers, business or organization name, locale, country, timezone, currency, authentication status, and verification records. We process passwords through the authentication service but do not ask you to send a password or one-time code to support.

Business workspace and operational content

Depending on the modules enabled by your organization, the app may process customer, employee or staff, supplier, product, inventory, purchase, sale, order, quotation, rental, service, attendance, scheduling, payroll, document, media, message, survey, StatusBoard, signage, and related business records. This can include information you enter, upload, scan, record, receive, or share through the service.

Device and technical information

We may process app and operating-system information, device and push token identifiers, notification preferences, network or IP information, connectivity state, session and authentication events, request logs, error details, and security signals needed to operate and protect the service.

Support and communications

If you contact us, we process your message, contact details, account or workspace context, attachments you choose to provide, and our response. Business communications sent through enabled email, WhatsApp, push, or other integrations may also be processed to deliver the requested workflow.

Section 03

Device permissions and optional content

DisplayQue Plus asks for a device permission when a feature needs it. Availability depends on your platform, role, organization settings, and device controls.

  • Camera: to scan barcodes or QR codes and capture profile images, documents, or business media you choose to upload.
  • Photos, videos, and files: to select logos, profile images, documents, signage media, chat attachments, or other records you choose to add or download.
  • Microphone: to record a voice message or other audio that you intentionally create in a supported workflow.
  • Precise or approximate location: for supported attendance, Service validation, current-location sharing in a message, or other location-aware work you start.
  • Background location: only for an enabled Service-case tracking workflow that needs location updates while the app is not in the foreground. Your organization must use this capability only for a legitimate disclosed work purpose.
  • Notifications: to deliver account, workflow, and business updates that you or your organization enable.

You can deny or later revoke these permissions in device settings. The related feature may then be unavailable, but unrelated app functions should continue where technically possible.

Section 04

Where information comes from

  • From you when you sign in, enter information, upload content, contact support, or use a device capability.
  • From your organization, its administrators, and authorized coworkers when they create your access or manage shared business records.
  • From the device and app when they generate operational, security, connectivity, permission, and notification information.
  • From services or integrations that your organization enables and instructs DisplayQue to connect to.

Section 05

How we use information

  • Provide, authenticate, personalize, synchronize, and support the modules and workflows your organization enables.
  • Store and display business records to authorized workspace users and devices.
  • Process uploads, scans, voice messages, location-aware actions, notifications, exports, and other features you request.
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse and fraud, diagnose errors, restore sessions, and protect accounts and the service.
  • Communicate about support, account verification, service changes, and operational activity.
  • Meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Improve reliability and usability using aggregated or de-identified information where appropriate.

Section 06

When we share information

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described here:

  • Your organization and authorized users: workspace administrators, staff, devices, or other members can see records allowed by their role and module access.
  • Service providers: hosting, storage, communication, support, security, and delivery providers process limited information for us under service arrangements.
  • Push delivery: DisplayQue Plus uses Firebase Cloud Messaging, a Google service, to register a device token and deliver notifications. Google may process device and delivery information under its terms.
  • Enabled integrations: information is sent to an email, WhatsApp, hardware, or other third-party service when your organization configures that integration or you invoke the workflow.
  • Legal and organizational events: we may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use mobile app data for third-party behavioral advertising. Store privacy disclosures and Data Safety answers include relevant third-party SDK behavior, so those answers must be reviewed whenever an SDK or data flow changes.

Section 07

Security and account protection

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including encrypted network transport for supported service connections, access controls, account and role checks, and secure device storage for supported session credentials.

No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and login protected, use only authorized accounts, review organization access, and report suspected unauthorized activity to support@displayque.com.

Section 08

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide and secure the service, maintain your organization's workspace, comply with the applicable agreement, and serve the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the record type, organization settings, account status, legal duties, and whether information remains in protected backup rotation.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Limited records may be retained when necessary for a legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or disputepurpose, or until protected backups expire in the normal rotation. We restrict retained information to the applicable purpose.

To request account and associated personal-data deletion, use the DisplayQue Plus account-deletion page. Staff users may not have authority to delete organization-owned records; the organization owner or administrator may need to make that request.

Section 09

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and relationship with the organization, you may have rights to request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also complain to an applicable privacy authority.

  • Update available profile or workspace information in the app or through your administrator.
  • Control camera, photos, microphone, location, background location, and notification access in device settings.
  • Use the account-deletion page or contact privacy@displayque.com for a privacy request.

We may need to verify your identity and authority. If your organization controls the relevant business record, we may direct the request to its administrator or assist that organization in responding.

Section 10

International processing

DisplayQue, its service providers, and an organization's enabled integrations may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers and apply the protections described in this policy.

Section 11

Children

DisplayQue Plus is a business service and is not directed to children. Organizations must not create access for a child or enter a child's information unless they have a lawful, appropriately disclosed business reason and all permissions required by applicable law. Contact us if you believe information was provided contrary to this requirement.

Section 12

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app, permissions, third-party SDK, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
